Quality management system is implemented in the concrete plant Polianky, which meets the requirements of STN ISO 9001 for production of concrete mixtures and ready-mixed concrete.
The concrete mixing plant is in operation all year round, every day of the week. In winter it works using hot water, heating of the aggregate, and quality hygienic winter additives.
We provide free customer service in the design and modification of fresh concrete mixtures in order to improve fire safety, frost resistance, adhesion, water tightness, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, colours, visual aspect, and other characteristics.
Produced concrete mixtures:
- ready-mixed concrete class C8/10 – C60/75
- waterproof concrete, max. penetration 50 mm, class C20/50, C25/30, C30/37
- cement bound granular mixture CBGM 5/6, CBGM 8/10, CBGM 12/15
- road concrete class CB I, CB II, CB III
- light-weight concrete
- cement and anhydride screed (anhydrit AE 20, 25, 30)
