the gravel pits Vysoka pri Morave and Nove Kosariska

Establishment of ALAS BETON s.r.o with the concrete plants Zlate piesky and Mlynske Nivy in Bratislava

Establishment of the company ALAS SLOVAKIA, s.r.o.

2004

The concrete plant Trnava – Chovatelska str. and quarries Kamenec pod Vtacnikom and Hontianske Trstany-Hrondin

2006

Fusion of the companies Malokarpatske kamenolomy a strkopieskovne, a.s. and ALAS BETON s.r.o with the company Alas-strkove a betonove zavody s.r.o. concrete plant Nitra and the gravel pit Komjatice

2007
